At RCS, we have 19 individuals who make up our Board of Directors. They are the governing body of our agency's mission. Our food trucks operate 365 days a year- this is a small part of agency operations. You can imagine the volume this agency requires for appropriate stewardship. Our Board of Directors focus on our financials, oversight, and accountability of the organization. This contrasts with Executive Director, Zeb Hough, and the management staff- who oversee the day-to-day operations of RCS and implement direction with action.  At RCS, and as a whole, we aim to address the public’s interest through our work within the community.
