RCS has strengthened our partnership with Craven Community College to help place people seeking employment and education in the right program. Since 2017, we have established a successful track record:

• Enrolled 427 students

• Graduated 257 students

• Secured employment for 103 students

• Assisted 17 students with GED completion

• Assisted 8 students with college course work

​

This program has really taken off and we are actively looking to secure additional funding as well as a paid part-time employee to assist students with the program.
